Nature of Services

TicketKendra.com is a railway ticket booking facilitation platform that enables RSPs, travel agents and retailers, to access railway ticket booking services through authorized login credentials and associated service channels.

TicketKendra.com does not independently operate railway transportation services. All train schedules, seat availability, fares, cancellations, refunds, chart preparations, and railway operations are solely governed by IRCTC and Indian Railways.

User Responsibilities

Users, RSPs, and travel agents agree to:

• Provide accurate passenger and booking information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Comply with IRCTC booking rules and policies
• Obtain customer consent before processing bookings
• Remain responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts

Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Use fake or unauthorized information
• Perform fraudulent or speculative bookings
• Attempt hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission
• Misuse customer information or violate privacy obligations

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

Payments & Refunds
