By accessing or using this platform, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, applicable IRCTC rules, Indian Railway regulations, Information Technology laws, and all applicable laws of India.

Nature of Services

TicketKendra.com is a railway ticket booking facilitation platform operating through authorized systems and associated service channels.

The platform provides access to railway ticket booking services subject to availability, IRCTC policies, railway regulations, operational restrictions, and government guidelines.

TicketKendra.com does not independently operate railway transportation services, trains, schedules, or railway infrastructure.

Acceptance of IRCTC Rules

All users, RSPs, travel agents, retailers, and customers expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Railway ticket bookings are governed entirely by IRCTC rules and Indian Railway policies.
• Ticket confirmation depends solely upon seat availability and railway system response.
• Fare changes, Tatkal policies, dynamic pricing, cancellation charges, refund rules, and chart preparation policies are controlled by IRCTC.
• IRCTC reserves the right to modify booking rules, fares, quotas, cancellation policies, and operational guidelines without prior notice.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing applicable railway booking rules before confirming transactions.

User Eligibility

Users accessing the platform must:

• Be legally competent to enter into binding agreements under Indian law
• Provide complete, accurate, and valid information
• Use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes
• Comply with all applicable IRCTC guidelines and government regulations

TicketKendra.com reserves the right to refuse or restrict access to any user at its sole discretion.

Responsibilities of RSPs & Users

Registered Service Providers (RSPs), travel agents, retailers, and users agree that:

• They shall provide accurate passenger details while making bookings
• They shall obtain customer authorization before processing bookings
• They shall not misuse the platform for fraudulent or speculative bookings
• They shall maintain confidentiality of customer data and login credentials
• They shall remain fully responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts
• They shall comply with IRCTC operational guidelines, circulars, and restrictions issued from time to time

Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension, termination, financial liability, legal proceedings, and reporting to concerned authorities.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All bookings are subject to successful transaction processing and railway system confirmation.
• Ticket cancellations and refunds shall be governed strictly as per prevailing IRCTC rules and Indian Railway policies.
• Convenience fees, service charges, gateway charges, and applicable taxes may be non-refundable.
• Refunds, wherever applicable, shall be credited to the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days or longer depending upon banking systems and payment gateway settlement timelines.
• TicketKendra.com shall not be responsible for refund delays caused by IRCTC, banks, payment gateways, or third-party systems.

Payments & Transaction Processing

All payments must be made through authorized payment methods available on the platform. Users acknowledge that:

• Transaction success depends upon banking networks, payment gateways, internet connectivity, and system availability.
• TicketKendra.com shall not be responsible for failed transactions, duplicate debits, delayed settlements, or payment interruptions caused by third-party systems.
• In case of failed bookings where payment is deducted but ticket generation fails, refund processing shall remain subject to confirmation from payment gateway providers, banks, and IRCTC systems.

Limitation of Liability

DMT Empire India Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Train delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or operational disruptions
• Changes in railway schedules, fares, or policies
• IRCTC server downtime or technical failures
• Banking or payment gateway interruptions
• Incorrect information submitted by users or RSPs
• Losses arising due to unauthorized account access, negligence, or misuse
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses

Users acknowledge that use of the platform is entirely at their own risk and discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on TicketKendra.com including text, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, website design, and technology infrastructure are the exclusive property of TicketKendra.com, DMT Empire India Private Limited, or their respective owners.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial usage is strictly prohibited.

Suspension & Termination

TicketKendra.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account without prior notice in cases involving violation of Terms, fraudulent activities, or regulatory concerns. The Company may also cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities where legally required.

Third-Party Services
