Refund Policy
Clear and transparent refund processes for our B2B Partners.DMT Partner Network acts as an aggregator. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective ferry operators (Nautika, Makruzz, Green Ocean, ITT Majestic, etc.).
1. Processing Mode
All refunds for cancelled tickets are credited back to the DMT Agent Wallet. We generally do not process refunds to original bank sources unless the Agent account is being closed permanently.
2. Refund Timelines
- Wallet Refunds: Typically processed within 24-48 hours of successful cancellation confirmation from the operator.
- Failed Transactions: If an amount is deducted but a ticket is not generated, the amount is auto-refunded to the wallet instantly or within 1 hour.
3. Weather-Related Cancellations
Agents must apply for these refunds via the dashboard. The operator may take 7-14 working days to release these specific funds to us, after which they will be credited to your wallet.
4. Service Charges
DMT service charges/transaction fees collected at the time of booking are non-refundable, except in cases where the service could not be provided due to our technical failure.
