Refund and cancellation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are applicable only on bookings that are successfully cancelled as per the cancellation policy of the respective airline, hotel,train or bus operator.
  • Refunds are subject to availability and approval from the concerned supplier (airline, hotel, bus service, train etc.).
  • No refund shall be processed for no-show passengers or for services partially used.
2. Refund Initiation Timeline
  • Once a cancellation is processed and confirmed by the supplier, TicketKendra will initiate the refund within 3–7 business days.
  • The refund amount and duration may vary depending on the payment gateway, supplier processing time, and banking channels.
3. Mode of Refund
  • Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used for booking.
  • For bookings made using wallet balance or credit, the refund will be credited back to the same wallet/credit account on TicketKendra.
  • No cash refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
  • Some flights, hotels, train or bus tickets may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking or as per the booking policy. No refund will be entertained for such bookings.
  • Promotional, discounted, or group fares may have strict cancellation/refund restrictions as defined by the supplier.
5. Third-Party Payments
  • TicketKendra does not allow third-party payments. All transactions must originate from the agent or business entity registered with us.
  • In case of any chargebacks initiated through unauthorized third-party payment methods, the concerned agent will be held fully responsible and must settle the disputed amount within 3 working days of notification.
6. Service Charges and Deductions
  • TicketKendra reserves the right to deduct applicable service fees, cancellation charges, and gateway transaction charges before processing refunds.
  • These deductions will be clearly communicated and are non-negotiable.
7. Dispute Resolution
  • In case of a refund-related dispute, the matter will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Indian consumer laws.
  • TicketKendra’s decision will be final in case of supplier rejection or insufficient grounds for refund.
