2. Role of DMT

DMT acts solely as a technical aggregator and booking agent. We are not the operator of the ferry services. Therefore:

• We are not responsible for delays, changes in schedule, or cancellation of ferries by the operator.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to baggage or personal injury during the journey.

3. Agent Obligations

As a registered partner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate passenger details (Name, Age, Gender) exactly as per ID proof.
• Ensure your B2B wallet has sufficient funds before attempting a booking.
• Not resell tickets at a price higher than the MRP printed on the ticket (though you may charge a separate service fee).

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DMT Empire India Pvt Ltd, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida/Delhi for the resolution of any disputes.
