1. Eligibility & Use- TicketKendra is exclusively for B2B travel agents and verified businesses in India.
- By signing up, the user confirms they are an authorized representative of the business and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
- The platform enables agents to book flights (domestic/international), hotels, and bus tickets.
- All bookings are subject to availability, dynamic pricing, and partner service provider terms (airlines, hotels, bus operators, etc.).
- Agents must provide accurate business details, valid documentation, and updated contact information.
- Agents are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and must not share access with unauthorized persons.
- The platform is to be used only for business-related bookings.
- Fraudulent, personal, or illegal usage will lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account
- All payments must be made through official, approved payment channels as communicated by TicketKendra.
- Agents must ensure they have sufficient balance in their TicketKendra wallet before booking.
- Payments made through third-party accounts (i.e., individuals or entities not officially registered on TicketKendra) are strictly prohibited.
- In case of any chargeback initiated via a third-party account, the registered agent will be held solely responsible for the entire disputed amount.
- The agent must settle the chargeback amount within three (3) working days from the date of notice.
- Failure to comply may result in account suspension, legal escalation, or recovery action as deemed necessary.
- Refunds for cancellations, booking failures, or amendments are processed based on the third-party provider's policies.
- TicketKendra facilitates the refund request but is not liable for approval, processing time, or payment delays.
- Refunds are typically credited to the agent’s wallet unless stated otherwise.
- Commissions, offers, or incentives are defined during onboarding and may be updated periodically
- TicketKendra reserves the right to revise commission slabs or eligibility criteria without prior notice.
- TicketKendra strives to maintain 24/7 uptime, but it may undergo scheduled maintenance or face technical issues beyond control.
- The company is not liable for any losses due to downtime.
- All data submitted remains the property of the agent, but usage rights are granted to TicketKendra for operational and marketing purposes.
- We follow industry best practices for data security and user privacy.
- All content, design, logos, and software used on TicketKendra are copyright protected.
- Any unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or copying will result in legal consequences.

TicketKendra operates solely as a technology platform and aggregator, facilitating the booking of services
such as flights, hotels, trains, and buses provided by independent third-party vendors. TicketKendra is not
the owner, operator, or direct provider of any of these travel, transportation, or accommodation services.
All services booked through the TicketKendra platform are fulfilled and operated by external service
providers, including airlines, hotel chains, train operators (e.g., IRCTC or authorized partners), and bus
companies. As such, TicketKendra does not have any control over, and bears no responsibility for, the
quality, availability, pricing, safety, timeliness, or performance of these services.
TicketKendra shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or disruptions arising from:- Delays, schedule changes, cancellations, or service interruptions by the third-party providers;
- Operational issues such as overbooking, denied boarding, loss of baggage, or substandard accommodations;
- Service-related disputes, non-fulfillment, or failure to deliver by the provider;
- Acts, omissions, or negligence of the service providers or their staff.
- TicketKendra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms, suspicious activity, or instruction from law enforcement/regulatory authorities.
- Any balance remaining at the time of termination (if not under dispute) will be processed for refund as per policy.
- Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- Agents are advised to review the Terms regularly. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users are strongly advised to review the terms and conditions, refund/cancellation policies, and any service-specific rules provided by the respective third-party vendors prior to confirming a booking. Your contractual relationship for the actual service lies directly with the service provider.
